The work week became more exhausting as it wore on, so I was really glad to catch up on some sleep on Friday night. On Saturday morning though, I made sure to go to the gym and do the following exercises:
- Dumbbell hang power clean
- Close-grip bench presses
- Supported dumbbell one-arm press
- Windshield wipers
- Plank walkups
In the evening, my colleague and I decided to watch a movie at a nice cliff-side shopping mall here in Lima. It was a relaxing night!
