Day 687: Weekend rest and training

Day 687

The work week became more exhausting as it wore on, so I was really glad to catch up on some sleep on Friday night.  On Saturday morning though, I made sure to go to the gym and do the following exercises:

  • Dumbbell hang power clean
  • Stepups
  • Close-grip bench presses
  • Supported dumbbell one-arm press
  • Windshield wipers
  • Plank walkups

In the evening, my colleague and I decided to watch a movie at a nice cliff-side shopping mall here in Lima.  It was a relaxing night!
