Today I went to the gym after work and did the following exercises:
- Hang power cleans
- Seated good mornings
- Horizontal side-to-side pullups
- Lat pulldowns
- Reverse cable woodchops
- Core rows
The core rows were a new one for me. This exercise is like a plank and dumbbell rows combined; you go into a plank position with the dumbbells in your hands on the floor, and then row each dumbbell alternately while maintaining the plank position with as little movement of the body as possible. It was challenging, but since I like challenges, it was lots of fun.
