Day 657: Near-miss breakfast

Day 657

This morning’s breakfast was almost a near miss.  When we got to the hotel restaurant, there was only a few slices of ham and cheese for each of us, fruit juice, and coffee.  Thankfully, after more than a few minutes, some bread arrived, and then much later, we were able to get scrambled eggs.  I would have been a very unhappy worker if I had to make do with just the ham and cheese until lunchtime!

Today’s routine, which I did after an early dinner, included these exercises:

  • Muscle snatches
  • Single-leg Romanian deadlifts with barbell
  • Cable rope face pulls
  • Single-arm pulldowns
  • Seated Russian twists
  • Side planks + Reaches

It seems like my hamstrings have missed doing the single-leg deadlifts as I am starting to feel sore now as I write this before I go to bed!
