Day 602: Feeling a bit drained

Day 602

I was feeling a bit drained and unwell when I got back to the hotel after work, so I opted to get an hour of sleep before going to the gym.  Once I woke up, I was hungry so I ate a sandwich, waited for it to digest, and then off to the gym I went to do the following:

  1. Muscle snatches
  2. Single-leg Romanian deadlifts
  3. Cable rope face pulls
  4. Single-arm pulldowns
  5. Seated Russian twists
  6. Side planks
