Day 592: Weekend relief

Day 592

After some more hectic and very long days at work, I was able to get to the gym on Saturday afternoon.

My exercises were:

  1. Hang jump shrugs
  2. Bulgarian split squats
  3. Reverse-grip bench presses
  4. Dumbbell push presses
  5. Corkscrews
  6. Planks
