Today’s training plan consisted of the following:
- Narrow-grip barbell hang snatches (4X3)
- Romanian deadlifts (10, 8, 8, 6)
- Dumbbell rows + twists (10, 8, 8, 6)
- Chinups (10, 8, 8, 6)
- Two-point plank (4X30s)
- Reverse woodchops (4X10)
I pushed myself on all the exercises and just narrowly missed on some of them (just by one rep each on the snatches, deadlifts, and on the chinup!) However, I know I’ll be back another day and complete them all with good form.
