I had to delay my training by one day as yesterday was quite busy with preparations for Christmas and aso some visitors coming to celebrate with us. So this morning, I decided to go the the gym just at it opened at 9 in the morning and get a good hard training session in the bag. That way the increased food intake for tonight will be okay.
Exercises today were barbell snatch pulls (4X5), split squats (4X10), reverse-grip barbell bench presses (4X10), barbell push jerks (4X10), and finally, corkscrews (3X10). I was able to challenge myself on all the exercises and was able to put more weight on each exercise compared to the last time.
Eat right, train hard, and expect success!
