Day 521: Cool morning bike ride to the gym

Day 521

It was another early morning workout for me today. The mornings now in Manila are quite cool as Christmas approaches, so it was quite pleasant to ride my bike to the gym to do a “push” workout. Today’s session consisted of barbell jump shrugs (5X5), front squats (4X10), barbell bench presses (supposed to be 4X10 but I could only manage 8 on my last two sets), barbell push presses (4X10) and then finally seated Russian twists (3X10).

Eat right, train hard, and expect success!
