Day 287: Back to Training!

Day 287

Just a quick update today… I was able to sneak in a training session this morning, my first in three weeks. I took the train to the city and used my international gym membership to get back into the training groove. I still remembered my training program (Built For Show Fall program, phase 2) and so used that. I missed training so much!

I’m just finishing packing my stuff before I head to the airport, where I’ll catch my flight back to Manila.
