After my mini-tour of Tasmania, I flew to Sydney to attend to some business-related matters this week. I have been housed in a serviced apartment with no access to a gym, so I have been doing some body weight / resistance band exercises (band resisted pushups, seated rows with bands, and single-leg/pistol squats) every other day.
Tonight I am packing my stuff again, as this weekend I am staying with my relatives in another part of town. After that, I’ll be flying back to Manila on Monday evening. Though I have enjoyed my break, I’m looking forward to getting back into the gym again, and being able to prepare most of my food myself.
