Day 263: Upper-body, high rep workout

Day 263

Today’s workout was for the upper body, featuring high reps and short rest periods in between.  I almost completed the final sets of each of the major exercises; in some cases I was just one to three reps short of the 15 reps needed for the third and final sets.  It was tough when each set caled for a rest of only 45 seconds!

Eat right, train hard, and expect success!
