Day 261: Back to work

Day 261

It was a normal workout day.  I did my lower-body workout with 5X5 set/rep schemes, and this time, focused on getting the movement right using just slightly less weight overall compared to the last 5X5 lower body workout.   I felt that my lower back feels mucb better tonight than last time because of that.

Eat right, train hard, expect success!
