Day 256: Rest and a bit of preparation

Day 256

No training today.  I spent a part of the evening after work taking a power-nap as I was feeling low on energy (my sleep hasn’t been good for the last few nights as I was doing a lot of trip research).  I then went to the shops to pick up some things that I need for my upcoming weekend trip, such as insect repellent, a wide-brimmed hat, and a small backpack to take stuff with me when I hike.

Eat right, train hard, rest well, and expect success.
