Day 255: Another lower-body workout in the bag

Day 255

Lower-body workout today went well.  I was able to increase the the loads on the key exercises (deadlifts and Bulgarian split squats) by a small amount.  However, I had to add a few more seconds to some of the rest periods as sometimes I was still breathing hard from completing the last set.

In the evening I did some cooking for the next few days, and chopped up some tropical fruit (pineapples and rockmelons) to bring to work, as I was starting to miss the taste of fruit from home!
