After two days in a row of great training sessions at the gym, today was a much needed rest day. I just browsed around the shops after work and ate my dinner at a food court. I kept my meals somewhat smaller today compared to previous days as I try a zig-zag calorie consumption plan to help keep my metabolism on its toes by not getting used to a constant higher-calorie plan.
My strained right thigh is now feeling better. By tomorrow, I expect it not to be a factor in my lower-body training.
