I planned to do my lower-body training today, but got an invitation in the morning to dinner at my project partner’s place. It’s been a while since I ate dinner with somebody (as I’m here in Adelaide alone), so I agreed. Training will resume tomorrow, and I’ll train hard!
I weighed myself and measured my skinfolds again today, and I am happy to report that over the past week it appears I was able to gain a very good ratio of muscle to fat. Now I think I just have to repeat the formula of training hard while keeping my food intake at just about the same level as last week.
Eat right, train hard, enjoy time with friends, and expect success!
