Day 219: A bit of relaxation

Day 219

As I had no planned training today, I took it a bit slow after work today.  I had a snack, and then took a power nap (still catching up on the time zone shift and short sleeping hours).  Later in the evening, I walked to the suburb’s main commercial area (about 10 minutes brisk walk) to get dinner.  I had some chicken and fried rice, and a scoop of ice cream for dessert.  I then walked along the jetty, and then the boardwalk from the commercial area back to my street, another 20 minutes or so medium-paced walk.

Tomorrow, it’s training day again, and I hope the gym isn’t as packed as it was yesterday!

Eat right, train hard, and expect success!
