Day 215: Squeezing a workout in, and squeezing luggage

Day 215

Long day for me. I woke up a bit late, as I slept at 2 in the morning going over my card statements and reconciling them with my own records. As soon as I woke up, I had breakfast, did a little preparation, then went to the gym with my mom. Today was an upper body workout using 5X5 parameters, and I was able to add weight to all of my exercises, so that was good!

The whole afternoon I was going through the long process of sorting my stuff and packing them into my luggage. By now, I’m already getting the hang of packing my stuff, but it still took me a long time and had to pack my bags quite tight. Packing for 3 months on the road requires me quite a bit of stuff. Fortunately, there wasn’t much traffic going to the airport so I was able to get to the airport with time to spare and so I have time to update my blog.

I’m hoping that the airline food will be soft enough for me to chew!

No time for me to get my pics today. Accountability chart to follow. Need to board in a few minutes.
