It was the third rest day for me. I woke up and felt much better and by now in the evening, soreness is not too much of an issue anymore. I do still feel some pain when I flex my left hip, but that is also diminishing now.
Nutrition today was well balanced and according to plan. However, sleep last night was just barely enough after a late night of watching television on DVD. 😀
