It was a late start today after last night’s midnight celebrations. Last evening’s Noche Buena was very good; just the right amount of tasty food, with a glass of Moscato.
At lunch time today, I finally had my big “exception meal” of my mom’s spaghetti, roast pork (which I cooked myself), fruit salad, and a glass of Aussie Shiraz. Yumm! The rest of the afternoon and early evening, I took naps to catch up on my sleep and help my body recover.
No training today, just complete rest and time with family.
